As an organization entrusted with the continuity of essential mental health services – prevention, intervention, and rehabilitation – Enosh responded immediately to ensure uninterrupted services, strengthen the sense of safety, and support service recipients, families, staff, and volunteers.
Thanks to our accumulated knowledge and experience in trauma-informed work with populations facing prolonged and complex challenges, we were able to respond swiftly, flexibly, and with deep humanity.
We invite you to read about our latest efforts and how we continue to lead Israel’s mental health and psychosocial care system with professionalism and compassion.

24/7 Continuity of Services
In times of great uncertainty, our services remain open and operational. We reinforced staffing across facilities to meet increased demand. Our Balancing Houses, Emergency Housing units, and Hostels have continued operating at full capacity around the clock – providing crucial care to those who need it most, now more than ever.

Remote Service Delivery
All Enosh services have been adapted for remote delivery, maintaining both quality and accessibility. These adjustments were designed to preserve social engagement and reduce anxiety and loneliness.
Housing and Employment Services: Continued remotely, with in-person home visits when necessary.
Social and Leisure Programs: Our Beshutaf Online platform was activated from day one, offering a range of inclusive and culturally adapted content, including services in Arabic.
Support for Families
In light of the situation, we expanded our offerings for families – including tailored one-on-one and group sessions online, lectures and workshops, and therapeutic spaces. We recognized that the return of many individuals from inpatient frameworks, together with reduced psychiatric care, created a dual challenge. To ensure accessibility, we translated content into Russian and Amharic for diverse communities.
Youth and Young Adults
All headspace centers transitioned to remote support. This included individual and group services for teens, young adults, and their parents. In Bat Yam and Tel Aviv, our teams also support municipal staff responding to the emotional needs of youth.
We provide professional consultations, moderated open spaces, and online parent-child dyadic group sessions.
Public Awareness & Emotional Coping Tools
We continue to lead broad public awareness efforts across media and social platforms, providing content and tools for managing stress, anxiety, uncertainty, and mental health first aid.
Lectures for Organizations
We offer tailored lectures for organizations and companies on resilience and coping in emergencies. Delivered by experienced therapists and trauma professionals, these sessions equip teams with practical tools for navigating distress.
Caring for Our Employees
To support our frontline teams, we offer tailored lectures focused on coping strategies, self-care, and stress processing. In addition, an emotional support hotline is available for Enosh staff.
All of this is made possible thanks to your unwavering trust and meaningful partnership.
In this time of growing need for mental health services and trauma-informed care, we invite you to continue standing with us.
