General Background Enosh, the non-profit Israeli Mental Health Association, was founded in 1978 by a group of families, volunteers and professionals to promote the welfare and rights of people dealing with psychiatric disabilities. Enosh is the largest and leading organization providing quality rehabilitation services to some 4,500 people dealing with psychiatric disabilities and 3,000 family members. Our serves are administered through 55 branches and 7 Family, Counseling Centers located nationwide, from Kiryat Shmona to Eilat, including development towns, the periphery and the Arab sector. Our Board of Directors and senior professional staff lead the organization ahead faithful to its vision and objectives together with 700 dedicated employees and some 900 volunteers.
