A Glimpse into Our Work

Another year in the shadow of the October 7 events in which we

Expanded our therapeutic, community, and rehabilitative services in response to increasing demand.

Offered group interventions for parents of Nova survivors through Milam (Family Counseling Centers).

Collaborated with the Hostage & Missing Families Forum and the National Insurance’s Department for Victims of Terror.

Conducted lectures for the general public on resilience, coping strategies for stress and anxiety, and strengthening a sense of solidarity and togetherness.

Led media advocacy efforts to support the public during the national emergency.

Hosted the “Growing Together - Community Resilience after Crisis in the North” conference, addressing the mental, social, and communal challenges arising from the conflict in the North.

Organized employee resilience workshops to provide practical coping strategies.

"Coping Together" Event at the President's Residence, marking International Mental Health Day and a decade of “Knowledge from Life Experience.”

"25 Years of the Mental Health Rehabilitation in the Community Law" conference organized by the Ministry of Health.

"AI and Mental Health" conference at the President's Residence, led by the Ministry of Innovation, Science, and Technology.

"Double Front" conference held at Sapir College, focusing on mental health professionals navigating personal and professional conflicts within a traumatic reality.

"Treatment Avoidance" conference, held at Levinsky College.

"Prevention and Early Intervention for Youth” webinar organized by ISPRA (the Israel Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association).

The International Arena

We participated in the

IEPA15 Conference: The leading international conference on early intervention in mental health, held in Germany.

IAYHM Conference: The International Association for Youth Mental Health conference, held in Vancouver.

We Hosted Federations and Donors

Representatives from UJIA (United Jewish Israel Appeal) at headspace Krayot and headspace Bat Yam.

Representatives from the Jewish United Fund of Metropolitan Chicago (JUF) at the Enosh branch in Kiryat Gat.

Representatives from the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and the Jewish Federation of Greater Vancouver, along with donors, at headspace Kiryat Shmona.

National Mental Health Conference 2025: “For the Next Generation”

In light of the unprecedented challenges in providing care for youth and young adults over the past two years, compounded by the sharp rise in emotional distress and trauma caused by the war and ongoing uncertainty, we hosted a special professional conference. The event brought together 400 senior healthcare professionals, including representatives from academia, government ministries, local municipalities, the IDF, philanthropic foundations, and mental health organizations.

We launched an online content hub on our website dedicated to mental health rights and benefits

We trained two cohorts of our Dialogue Program that trains lecturers to share their personal stories of resilience

We hosted webinars on treatment-resistant depression and schizophrenia

We expanded our Knowledge from Life Experience activities

We held the national “Making a League” sports tournament finals, with the participation of 9 teams from across the country

We established a team of Enosh Employee Ambassadors

We sent 312 service recipients on unique vacations, both in Israel and abroad.

We partnered with the 'Motek' brand at our social bakery in Carmiel

A self-help tool based on cognitive-behavioral techniques and AI, designed to promote mental well-being among young adults

VR Technology

Digital tools for practicing emotional skills alongside graduated exposure, aimed at expanding the therapeutic toolkit and enhancing self-efficacy.

"Trauma Care Roadmap": Advanced training for trauma intervention and rehabilitation, led by the Metiv Institute and supported by Teva’s "Caring for the Soul" initiative

EMDR Training: Specialized certification for therapists in collaboration with the Mifrasim Institute and supported by Teva.

DBT Training: conducted in partnership with the Ofek Institute.

Co.Lab Program: An initiative led by the UJA-Federation of New York to promote social cohesion through collaborative action.
